Scheana Shay's neighbor is not happy about the scent emanating from her apartment, and filed a lawsuit over her weed smoking, according to Page Six. If you don't know who Shay is or how she made headlines over a neighborly dispute, you must not be up on your Bravo shows.

Scheana Shay is a reality TV star who appears on "Vanderpump Rules," a show about a restaurant in LA, which is run by a real housewife of another reality television show. In real life, Shay and her husband live in a building in LA and are facing complaints over their habits.

According to the complaint filed by Andrew Kim in Los Angeles courts, the Shays are stinking up the building with the constant burning of herb. "Plaintiff and his family have awoken on many morning with the sensation of nausea for having inhaled marijuana smoke during the night," the civil complaint reportedly states.

Apart from the unpleasant and irritating odor of marijuana emanating from the apartment, Kim complains that the Shays are loud and messy. Mention is made in the complaint of cat food left outside for days, attracting ants, and disturbances of the peace, which he called deliberate.

The Shays, who got married in 2014, responded to reporters about the lawsuit via a representative. They deny the complaint is aimed at them. "The Shays have never received a complaint from a fellow neighbor or building management relating to marijuana smoke stemming from their residence. However, there was a recent issue with a neighboring apartment, which was vacated in December 2015, that had received many complaints."

It seems strange that a lawsuit would be filed months after the offending neighbor left the building but perhaps Andrew Kim is confused. Could it be that all of the weed he's been unwittingly ingesting is affecting his memory?
