Rachel Oberlin's (aka Bree Olson, Sheen 'Goddess') DUI Trial Set

Last week was a big one for Rachel Oberlin, one of Charlie Sheen's girlfriends and a porn star who goes by the stage name Bree Olson.

First Sheen announce that he was making plans to marry the "international sensation" known as the Goddesses. Then a Fort Wayne, Indiana judge scheduled Oberlin's drunk driving trial for June 2011.

The woman interchangeably known as Rachel Oberlin and Bree Olson (this blogger refuses to call her a goddess), was arrested in February after she crashed her Lexus into a light pole. The Fort Wayne local told an officer that, after leaving a local club, she had slipped on a patch of ice, reports CBS.

The officer gave Rachel Oberlin a breathalyzer test, and, according to the news outlet, when she refused to cooperate, he hauled her in. She refused a second breathalyzer test, which led to her official arrest.

Even though you probably can't learn anything from a Bree Olson video, it's still possible to learn something from a Rachel Oberlin arrest. Can you refuse a breathalyzer test?

Yes and no. Every state has its own law, but more often than not, agreeing to a test when asked is a condition to holding a driver's license. This means that, in most cases, you will end up with a suspended license, and in fewer, you may end up in jail for a few days. Some say, however, that this may be worth the risk. If you refuse a test--blood or breath--chances are prosecutors will have little evidence to convict you.

Rachel Oberlin is probably banking on this fact. Her attorney told the press that they are fighting the DUI charges and are in negotiations with the prosecutor.
