Playmate Tiffany Livingston Detained by FBI Over Mid-Flight Antics

What are they serving on Jet Blue? Playboy Playmate Tiffany Livingston is helping keep the budget airline in the news with her in-flight antics on a recent east coast commute. Livingston was recently detained by the FBI when her mid-flight anxiety caused her to attempt to open the plane's hatch. According to The Examiner, the twenty one year-old Livingston was on a flight from Orlando, Florida to Newark, New Jersey when panic hit.

A source close to Livingston is quoted: "She said she's gone through this before, but never this bad and she didn't have her medication." The bunny-eared beauty was taken into physical custody, and charges are pending a further investigation into the matter.

Both Tiffany Livingston and now former Jet Blue employee Steven Slater (refresher: Jet Blue flight attendant that exited the plane via the emergency chute and then ran to his car) provide flyers everywhere with a lesson in what not to do on an airplane. In the recent Jet Blue cases, the in-flight actions of the individuals had the potential to endanger all of the passengers on the plane. Livingston did not have the same success at opening the door that Slater had, but she could still face the same reckless endangerment and criminal mischief charges Slater is currently fighting.

Airplane safety is a major concern, and those individuals who are found to be in violation of the laws can have some serious civil and criminal consequences. Whether domestic or international, the rules and regulations for proper in-flight behavior are practically spoon fed to the passengers -- with announcements, flight attendant presentations, and paper tutorials guiding a passenger through the whole process. If a passenger is feeling sick, anxious, or overwhelmed the response is to notify a flight attendant, not try to open the door.
