Lindsay Lohan Felony Grand Theft Over Stolen Necklace

Poor Lindsay Lohan. Grand theft, and a felony grand theft at that, may land her back in the big house.

Last week Lindsay Lohan was reported to be wearing a stolen, one-of-a-kind necklace worth $2,500 from a Venice, California boutique. Despite adamantly denying the accusations and claiming that her stylist forgot to return the necklace, which apparently was on loan, local prosecutors have filed charges.

For Lindsay Lohan, felony grand theft doesn't even begin to cover her problems. Though she is just out of court-mandated rehab, she is still on probation, meaning that any headlines of a Lindsay Lohan grand theft charge will end with her right back in front of a judge. Recall that the judges who have presided over her case have not been enamored with her--one became well known in the media for her intolerance of the actress' behavior.

In fact, the last judge the actress saw threatened to send her to jail if she had another run-in with the law, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The chance that Lindsay will find herself back in jail is high. Prosecutors elsewhere are also considering whether to file battery charges against her for a rehab-induced altercation. If the potential battery charges and the grand theft charges don't land her in jail cell, then a probation violation surely will.

With all these charges, perhaps a resume change is in order. Lindsay Lohan: Felony grand theft, battery, drug possession, drunk driving, and probation violations. Oh, whatever will be next?
