Lil Wayne Recording Session: Noel 'Detail' Fisher Sexual Assault?

After about five minutes of reading Lil Wayne lyrics, this blogger couldn't decide if the Grammy-winning rapper is offensive to the ladies, or just likes to please.

Putting that consideration aside for a moment, news is out that a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted during a Lil Wayne recording session.

Luckily for Weezy (seriously, does he not know of the original?), he's not to blame. The alleged attacker is none other than Noel "Detail" Fisher--producer of Ray J and Akon fame.

Fisher threw a large Pre-Grammy party at his Canyon Country, California house, which also happens to boast a recording studio. While Lil Wayne was laying tracks, all hell was breaking loose upstairs.

According to the police report, Noel "Detail" Fisher approached a female catering assistant hired to work his party. He decided he wanted to work her.

The woman contends that she was held overnight and sexually assaulted, but was able to escape the following morning, reports Sohh. She submitted to a rape kit and police are now awaiting results.

If all of these allegations turn out to be true, "Detail" will be facing both kidnapping and rape charges. In California, kidnapping with the intent to commit rape is a felony that carries with it a sentence of life with the possibility of parole. Rape, on the other hand, has a sentence that ranges from 3 to 8 years. The kidnapping charge is dependent on proving the rape, or attempted rape.

As for Lil Wayne? Well, he's going to want to cooperate with officials. The rapper was released from prison last November, and is currently on probation. He can't afford more trouble.
