Lance Armstrong Sues to Stop Doping Case

Seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong has filed a lawsuit against the United States Anti-Doping Agency to block that organization's investigation into doping allegations against him. Armstrong claims that the investigation threatens to violate his right to due process under the United States Constitution and common law.
