Bill Cosby, once the most successful comedian in America, lost his criminal case.

In the emotional moments following his convictions on three counts of aggravated assault, Cosby also lost his composure. As the judge considered revoking his bail, a prosecutor pointed out that the $400 million man owns a private plane.

"It doesn't matter that I have a plane, you a**hole," Cosby reportedly shouted. The judge let him leave the court but ordered him to stay in the state.

The Verdict

Jurors struggled the first day of deliberations. They asked the judge to read back parts of Cosby's testimony from a deposition, in which he admitted using drugs for sex. Andrea Constand said he drugged and assaulted her.

They also asked a key question: "What is the legal definition of consent?" The judge said he could not answer the question, and left it up to the jurors.

At the end of a 10-hour day, there were shades of the last criminal case when jurors could not reach a verdict. The next day, the bombshell hit.

Cosby, 80, could spend the rest of his life in prison.

The Sentence

While the judge has released Cosby on $1 million bond, the former comedian will wear an ankle monitor. Sentencing should occur within 90 days.

His lawyers will sort out post-trial motions, and will likely ask for house-arrest or probation. Cosby has no prior criminal history and he is legally blind, but the second-degree felonies carry 10-year terms.

Outside the courtroom, his lawyers said they will appeal.
