Ah the conjugal visit, always a favorite prison topic. Yes, they do exist, but that doesn't mean that every visit by a spouse is a conjugal visit. Most visits are simply standard visits, during which no funny business is allowed. But that doesn't mean that some people don't give it the old college try, just the same.

Rapper T.I. is in trouble after Arkansas prison guards caught him getting "frisky" with his wife during her prison visit, TMZ reports. According to prison guidelines, kissing, hand-holding and embracing are allowed during prison visits, but "the inmate's hands must remain in plain view of visiting room staff at all times." However, crossing those lines got T.I. punished as he got frisky with wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle.

T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, is serving an 11-month sentence in Arkansas, at the Forrest City Federal Correctional Complex. He was sent there after violating the terms of his probation after his federal gun conviction back in 2009. The violation came after an arrest in Los Angeles, TMZ reports. Police searched T.I.'s car and found drugs. The recent prison incident, got T.I. punished; he has been sent to the prison's "Special Housing Unit," which has increased security and allows for less freedom.

A conjugal visit is a prison visit during which an inmate of a prison is permitted to spend substantial time, sometimes even days, in private, usually with a legal spouse. The parties may engage in sexual intercourse, though the legal purpose of a conjugal visit is to preserve family bonds and increase the chances of the prisoner eventually returning to society successfully.
