Groundbreaking of National Memorial for Martin Luther King, Jr.
On Monday, November 13 a groundbreaking ceremony took place in Washington, DC for the national Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial. President Bush and former President Clinton spoke at the event, along with members of the King family and members of Congress. The memorial will be built on a four-acre site near the Lincoln Memorial, where King delivered his famous "I Have a Dream" speech in 1963.
