Florida Judge Flashed by Florida Porn Star in Florida Court

It's like my mother always told me: put criminal court proceedings in Florida on a live webcam, and you just might end up with a porn star flashing the judge. Now that might sound like nothing more than folksy wisdom to you, but that's exactly what happened in a Broward County court last week.

Popular county judge John Hurley and the rest of his courtroom caught an eye-full when Susan "Kayla Kupcakes" Surrette attempted to demonstrate injuries she received during her arrest.

Baring Her Soul

Let's face it, Kupcakes' performance on the Sun Sentinel's webcam of Broward County's bond court was nothing like her turns in "Private Stuffers 1," "Sexcretaries," or "Mature Thunder Buns 1." That said, it did get Judge Hurley's attention: following her arrest for disorderly intoxication, he set her bond at $100 and ordered a mental health evaluation.

During her testimony at the hearing, Kupcakes listed her employment as "an escort ... slash porn star ... magazine model" and was complaining of police mistreatment when she lifted her shirt in an effort to show her injuries. (The judge declined to tack on a charge of indecent exposure, likely due to Florida law requiring a demonstration of lascivious intent in order to get a conviction.)
