To the list of artists picked up for a DUI, add Flo Rida. Arrested at about 4 a.m. this morning, the rapper, born Tramar Dillard, was spotted by police in Miami Beach swerving in and out of lanes while driving his super expensive care: a 2008 Bugatti sports car.

Did I mention that, once out of the car, he told officers that he had had a few drinks?

Brilliant.

The fun doesn't stop here.

Flo Rida, arrested for driving under the influence, was also driving with a suspended driver's license according to the Miami Herald, which might just become permanent after the judge gets a hold of the following facts.

According to the arresting officer, he signaled with his emergency lights and horn that Flo Rida should pull over, but CNN reports that instead, Flo Rida slowed down and continued to drive for another 2 blocks.

He then showcased his mad driving skills and allegedly swerved in and out of lanes about five times.

Finally, during his field sobriety test, CNN reports that he told the officer that he "can't walk in a straight line" and that he had been drinking.

Like the smell of alcohol and bloodshot eyes (just check the mugshot) didn't clue the officer in.

Driving with a suspended driver's license is, at the very least, a misdemeanor in Florida, and a DUI carries with it mandatory community service and possibly up to 6 months in jail, along with an even further suspended driver's license.

Looks like after Flo Rida's arrest, he is going to be needing a chauffeur for a while.
