The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a lawsuit against Starbucks alleging that the company failed to provide reasonable accommodation for one of its baristas and ultimately fired her because of her disability, dwarfism. EEOC Lawsuit Against Starbucks for Firing a Dwarf
