Detroit Judge Texts Racy Photo to Female Bailiff

Think sexting is only for overly hormonal teens and adults trying to spice up their passionless marriages? Think again. Detroit has got itself one of the nation's very first sexting judges.

Circuit Judge Wade McCree is accused of intentionally texting a partially nude photo of himself to a married female bailiff. When asked about the picture, he replied, "Hot dog, yep that's me."

"I've got no shame to my game," he added.

Perhaps he should get some.

The woman's husband found the photo, according to Fox News, and claims it came directly from the judicial source. Judge McCree, who is married himself, sees nothing wrong with the photo. "There's nothing nude about it. I'm in no more clothes than I'll be at the Y this afternoon when I swim my mile," he told the local Fox affiliate.

Still, one has to wonder what his wife thinks. And whether he talks like this while on the bench.

Regardless, the sexting judge may soon be facing the state judicial disciplinary board. The woman's husband plans to file a complaint with the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission, reports Fox. If found to have personally sent the photo, McCree could be sanctioned or removed from the bench.

You see, Judge Wade McCree seems to forget one tiny little thing. Running into a co-worker at the gym pool is merely an unavoidable coincidence. But sending a female co-worker a photo of yourself while in poolside attire? That's what we in the law like to call sexual harassment.
