Charlie Sheen Restraining Order: Brooke Mueller Removes Sons From Home
Perhaps all that talk about winning jinxed him. The Charlie Sheen show continued last night, after Sheen's twin sons were removed by the court from his home Tuesday night. Soon to be ex-wife Brooke Mueller filed a temporary restraining order, making a number of colorful allegations against in the Charlie Sheen restraining order, among them:
- Sheen spit on her feet
- Requested $20,000 a month in "untraceable cash to knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished."
- Threatened to stick her in the eye with a penknife and told her, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom,"
- Said, "I should have killed you when I had the chance!"
Sheen said that allegations were false and that he called his lawyer and cooperated, although he didn't agree with the information in the restraining order. He said that he would prefer to work out a resolution with Brooke Mueller out of court, TMZ reports.
The story feels more like a television show than reality, but there are important legal issues at play here. Under the temporary restraining order, Sheen must stay 100 feet away from Brooke Mueller and he doesn't know where his sons are at the moment.
"My sons' are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!" Sheen posted to his Twitter account, which has racked up nearly a million followers in less than 48 hours. This is a story that has now taken on a life of it's own. More to come.
