Charges Dropped Against 'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans

The year may be young, but "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has already seen more than her fair share of legal trouble. She's been arrested three times, she's filed complaints, and now some of the charges against her have been dropped.

North Carolina prosecutors have decided to withdraw all charges against Jenelle Evans that arise from allegations made by her ex-roommate Hanna Inman. Inman reportedly decided not to pursue prior accusations that Evans made threats and harassing phone calls.

But this does not mean all is well in the world of Jenelle Evans. Charges are still pending in the cyberstalking case brought by her ex-boss James Duffy. And Evans still has a cyberstalking claim filed against him.

Confused? At first, so were we. Here's a bit of background:

At the end of last year, "Teen Mom 2's" Jenelle Evans filed a complaint against Duffy, accusing him of cyberstalking her. In January, Inman, who currently lives with Duffy, accused Evans of harassing her.

Evans was arrested, and a judge issued a domestic protection order. Later that week, Evans was arrested for violating the order.

The drama continued. Earlier this month, Duffy filed his own complaint, accusing Jenelle Evans of cyberstalking him. She turned herself in when a warrant was issued for her arrest.

This brings us back to present day, where it's important to note that, while prosecutors have decided to drop Jenelle Evans' charges, the charges probably are not going to go away. Evans is still on probation, and a judge may consider the allegations a violation of her release.

So, who thinks her lawyer really wants to quit?
