Bankruptcy Judge Vacancy in New Hampshire

Are you a First Circuit bankruptcy attorney looking to move up the ranks? This may be the news you were waiting hear: The First Circuit Court of Appeals has announced a vacancy for Bankruptcy Judge.

The position is for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, and it will be based out of Manchester, New Hampshire.

The vacancy posting isn't open only to bankruptcy attorneys in the First Circuit. It's open to attorneys with experience in commercial and complex litigation, as well.

There isn't much information about the requirements of the position, other than the fact that successful applicants will demonstrate the good character, decisiveness and ability to solve complex legal problems. Candidates are expected to have substantial legal experience, which obviously assumes that the candidate should have spent significant time in front of a judge and courtroom during his or her career.
