Amanda Bynes Pulled Over for Driving on Suspended License

Amanda Bynes was pulled over for driving on a suspended license and finally had her car impounded, reports Entertainment Weekly.

Let's see if this keeps the former child star out of trouble. Because despite a recent string of arrests, criminal charges, and her most recent license suspension, the 26-year-old Bynes kept driving straight into trouble. Now without her BMW, the hope is that Bynes couldn't possibly get into any more trouble because of her bad driving.

Like a second baseman in baseball who just forgets how to throw to first base, Amanda Bynes apparently completely forgot how to drive earlier this year. She got in trouble multiple times for her bad driving starting in March.

In the first incident, Bynes was pulled over for talking on her cell phone while driving, which is illegal in California. While the cop was writing the ticket, Bynes allegedly fled the scene. Just a month later, Bynes got in trouble again after allegedly driving under the influence and side-swiping a police cruiser of all things. Given that the incidents happened in Los Angeles, the news was not that alarming, as celebrities do have a tendency to party too hard.

However, Bynes was then involved in yet another alleged hit-and-run in May. That's when the alarm bells really started ringing. Bynes allegedly sideswiped another vehicle and when she didn't stop, the other driver called police and followed her. Six cop cars and a helicopter finally caught up with the actress who claims to have not noticed that she'd hit the other vehicle.

The final straw in proving that Bynes may have a screw or two loose was when she then appealed to President Obama (via Twitter) to "fire the cop who arrested me." She's still waiting for his response.

Bynes was criminally charged with the two hit-and-runs last month and a court suspended her her driving privileges. Bynes already faces jail time, and this latest incident could cement the case to put her behind bars, if only for a short while.
