After Threesome, Man Beats Girlfriend for Having Sex Without Him

A threesome ended in a beating for one South Carolina woman, after her boyfriend punched and kicked her for continuing the lovemaking without him after he'd finished.

Terry Antone Jenkins, 25, was arrested on domestic violence-related charges for beating his girlfriend after a menage-a-trois between Jenkins, his girlfriend, and her cousin turned sour, Myrtle Beach's WMBF-TV reports.

No one likes being the third wheel in a threesome, right?

Domestic Violence... and Then Some

Jenkins' alleged post-coital beat-down of his girlfriend more than qualifies as domestic violence, but technically the 25-year-old was only charged with simple assault... the first time around.

According to police reports obtained by The Smoking Gun, Jenkins was charged with assault for wailing on his girlfriend the first time. But after he was let out on bail, he came back and assaulted her again, demanding her debit card.

Unfortunately for Jenkins, under South Carolina law, a second domestic violence offense is punishable by a minimum of 30 days in jail; the maximum sentence is a year behind bars.

Luckily for his girlfriend, Jenkins' second domestic abuse incident makes it unlikely for him to get any sort of pretrial release until his arraignment, at which point the prosecutor will likely file a protective order preventing contact with his girlfriend.

Bizarre Love Triangle

The violence against Jenkins' girlfriend is deplorable, but in many states her alleged sexual acts with her blood relative could also land her in jail for incest.

Perhaps shockingly, South Carolina's law does not criminalize two female cousins having oral sex, since there is neither "intercourse" nor direct blood relation. Jenkins' girlfriend and her cousin's oral sex, despite apparently causing some domestic violence, does not implicate any additional criminal laws.

The East Coast is also no stranger to these sorts of threesomes gone wrong. In 2011, a Florida man threw two TVs at his wife for just kissing the woman he had secured for a threesome.

Relationships deal heavily with managing expectations, and maybe in South Carolina, men like Jenkins don't expect their partners to have one iota of pleasure without them.
