Ron Burgundy is back, and better than ever. And, as far as role models go, what's not to love? Sure, he's sexist, slightly stupid, and horrible at his job, but we still can learn a lot from a man like him. Here are our five lessons for young attorneys from Ron Burgundy.
1. Be a Team Player
What would Ron Burgundy be without his team? The magic of Ron Burgundy comes alive when he's accompanied by his cohorts Brick Tamland, Brian Fantana and Champ Kind. Like Ron, you should work well with, and rely on, your legal team. Your admin, paralegal and other associates will help you shine, even with their lack of handle bar moustaches.
2. Don't Be a ---ist
Ron Burgundy is many things, but politically correct he is not. Here is one area in which you should not be like him. Play nice, be tolerant, and if you have unkind thoughts -- keep them to yourself.
3. Pronunciation is Key
